why not try to unwind first by walking around the park or hit the gym for exercise then take a rest and then take a bath and have goodnight sleep. then in the morning warm up then you're ready for review.

Well im sure some time within the 8 weeks you will get a bit of study done. I never revise for tests untill the night before and i still do well.

Get yourself a lock on your bedroom door! Worked for me. Libraries are pretty quiet. I also tried going to bed straight from college, then getting up at 3 in the morning to study - it was quiet then!

You need to chill, put on some earphones with some relaxing mood music tinkling through them and get yourself a nice cold beer. Now your ready to study.

Take a course of multivitamins; get good nights' sleeps; ear-plugs to cut out disturbing noises. Good luck.

You need a revision timetable - schools will let you stay late to revise - don't beat yourself up though you must find time to relax and play too.

if the voices are inside your head then you need to deal with that first
if you have to take care of children that's incompatible with studying
set aside the time and do it
