here are several things to help you out,
to see the highlights of the Rumble you can go to:
www.wwe.com and go to the Royal Rumble 2007 link located on the page!
download the Rumble from a P2P share service such as:
Limewire, Kazaa, Bearshare, or Shareaza
Go to YouTube.com and do a search for Royal Rumble 2007
or if you don't have high-speed Internet go to your local Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Sam Goody's, or Suncoast and it will be on DVD there for about $15.00-$21.00 depending on your local DVD prices
