Does anyone know anything about the quality of California University of Pennsylvania or anything else about it

California and Pennsylvania are two different states a continent away from each other.

The state schools in CA are called University of California or Cal State University. Not California University. UCs are very good. UC Berkeley and UCLA are among the top schools in the country. Berkeley is ranked among the best in the world. Cal States aren't as good as UCs, but they're still pretty good compared to most schools in the US.

There's a Univ. of Pennsylvania, but it doesn't have California in its name. It's also a private school. It's an Ivy League school, so it's one of the best. U Penn's business school is world famous (Wharton).
