i need a guide, i'm quite clueless so please

I heard a year or so ago about a website that sells all kinds of business plans. I heard about it on NPR, but cannot remember the name. Maybe you can find it through a search of their website. I hope this is a plan for a boss or something, because if you are risking your own capital you should probably develop your own business plan from the bottom-up, think everything through, every variable as it pertains to your situation, because nothing off-the-shelf will ever work.
