the third light is on the rear deck and there is two push pins one on each side push in the pin and remove the pins and remove the light cover this will have the peanut size bulbs just pull them off the socket and reverse the process and recheck your brake lights

Okay. First off, make sure that you have a set of torque-type screw tips to remove the lens covers. Find the right size one and remove the screws holding the lenses in place. The bulbs will either be plain old push in types or push and twist in types. Before removing the bulbs though, go to the parts store and get some new ones and keep the receipt just in case they gave you the wrong ones. Also while at the parts store, get some di-electric grease for the bulb connectors. The grease will make later removal and installation easier as well as better electric connection to the light meaning a brighter light until in burns out again. If by some chance the screws aren't on the outside of the lens covers, lift the trunk/tailgate and they'll be on the inside(they may be behind a pop-off panel hiding the light fixtures) of the car.
