Heh, interesting... I think we'd walk around like monkeys, mostly on all fours. There was some news article about this family in Turkey (although they didn't have feet for hands and hands for feet) they walked around on all fours... I think they had some sort of mental disorder/retardation.

We would probably walk on our "hands" (where the feet would be) and our "feet" (where the hands are normally) would have enough dexterity for us to behave quite similarly to how we behave normally. We don't have opposable big toes, however, so it might be tough to do things that need opposable fingers, but the rest wouldn't be too different.
