I do. I have since 4th grade. I find it humerous to look back on......
Currently, every page says nothing other than "HE did this, and HE did that....."
Lots of boy talk not might not be great, but it's kinda funny.

Great, because then you have an indepth history of yourself and can always look back to remind yourself of something, clarify when something happened, who/what your past friends/interests/hobbies were, how long it's been since this or that has occurred... it's useful on tons of levels. The most useful aspect, I believe is the fact that you can preserve a moment on paper, and though memory can fade, writing doesn't. (Well, in most cases!)

Journaling is a great therapuetic tool. Not only do you get the chance to express your feelings, you can look back and vividly recall past events.

i write everyday but i don't call it a diary. i think it's a great form of expression and it helps me a lot.
