It's too warm to wear a hat or headband, but they constantly are falling out.

Get some differnt head phones for running. I use my old disc man headphones it they work perfect.

end walking? Lol. in basic terms kidding. there is a few companies that make earphones that greater healthy around the ear, and a few that greater healthy interior. Are the ear telephones too massive to your ears? in basic terms seem up earphones and discover one that works for you.

easy i have an i pod nano. and i like to listen to music while i irish dance. 1 thing you can do is but special headphones that have things to wrap around your ears target and apple sell them. and you could try putting them in tighter so they dont fall out. i found that most people dot put their headphones in far or tight enough

hi kevin! the headphones that ship with the ipod are not great for running - as u know they fall out easily especially without a headband.

There are some head phones that suppose to fit better in your ear. There called In - ear head phones that come with 3 cap sizes to ensure a better fit in your ear .

the little foam things that cover the plastic. they work good. until my frind lost one of mine, i used them with my mp3 and i could jump all over the place without them falling out, at least for the most part! ;)

buy the fabric covers...they cause friction...holding the earbuds in...
