My husband was in bed (not yet asleep) with covers over him, so I pulled covers up to his neck tightly and then pinned him down.

I grabbed his stinky slippers that he refuses to replace with new ones (they smell really bad from getting wet all the time), and placed the slippers up against his nose for a full minute while he squirmed.

The thing behind this is that - everytime he takes his slippers off and we are cuddling on the couch and they are within 6 feet of me, I smell this horrible stench ... so I'm simply trying to prove a point.

I think what you did is harmless and funny. You were making a point and you did not cause him any injury.

You can pin your husband down? Okay, either he's a weiner, didn't really mind the smell of his slippers or you are one scary woman! My partner doesn't even have a real sense of smell, so putting his slippers in his face would mean nothing to him! He can't friggin' smell. It's so weird!

"Pinned husband down and made him smell his own smelly slippers for a whole minute. Funny or mean?" Childish at best. Have you never heard of "fabreeze"?

Well you will understand when he farts in bed and pulls the covers over your head and holds you down.......Because the smart thing for you to do was just throw out the slippers and buy new ones.......

Don't cuddle with him and make very certain that he understands that it's all about the slippers, or, maybe the cuddling doesn't do it for him in the first place.

Are you just some kind of troll or something? I ask because the last question you posted asserted that your husband was passive-aggressive because you were trying to manipulate him into not eating meat by not sleeping with him, and that is text book projection.

Now this. Leaving me to conclude you are either a troll and mentally ill or simply mentally ill.

Its nice that you tried to prove something to ur husband. But thats a rude way of doing it.
Why can't you ask him to clean them instead?
