I'll say kobe. Arenas is to streaky and cant score 20 points on portland when he says 50. T-mac can dominat like he use to and struggles with Freethrows. Iverson doesnt have the height. The closet to kobe i'll say is Lebron Carmelo and dirk who can do it on a regular basis

Perimeter means outside. I'd have to go with Jason Kaponoa- the reigning 3 PT champion. He can light it up from anywhere on the floor but particular from outside. And when healthy he's unstopable.

If you mean the best overall offensive player- it's probably Kobe, yes, but outside shooter, it's my man JP.

A few years ago, I would say Peja.

Now, it is a battle between Dirk and Kobe.

Kobe...who can hit the shot wide-open and/or with 2 or 3 people in his face...thats different from someone like Jason Kapono who is effective, but only when wide-open?
