Have a good look at Act I, scene vii; it's all right there. Macbeth speaks a soliloquy at the beginning of the scene in which he pretty much talks himself out of killing Duncan. Then, Lady M. shows up and gets him back on track. She employs a number of different tactics, but, ultimately, it's VERY clear which one persuades Macbeth to re-commit to the murder plot. Check it out; you'll find it.
