Ferrari build very limited production models, but Porsche build cars more for company to survive, they build them for business. it's easier to get yourself a Posche for $300 000
than Ferrari for $300 000. there are Porsche dealerships everywhere, but it's hard to find a Ferrari dealership even in big cities.
they are sooo different you can not compare them to each other. You can compare Porsche to Mercedes, BMW, Volvo, Jaguar or Audi

You can compare Ferrari to Maserati, lambo, Aston martin, Saleen, and Bugatti at some point.

WTF??! (we have to use 2006 models, because the 07 is still in production) The most expensive 2006 ferrari (612) is $262,000
The most expensive 2006 Porsche (Carrera GT) is $489,000

Ferrari can be compared to saleen, buggati, lamborghini, but not aston martin or maseratti. Aston Martin and Maseratti are both luxuary performance cars; saleens, buggatti, lamborghini, ferraris make high performance supercars
