just ask i know as a man this happans all to rarely and is nice when it does im sure if you are just honest about it and dont scare him off with talk of serious relationships to early on you will get what you want
as i man i usually have to do all the leg work and will tell you this go there and be confident people are more perseptive to confident people also the walk back if rejected is twice as long as the walk there good luck

The best way is to get the person alone, then you tell the person how you feel about this person then simply ask him "will you go out with me" its simple you just have to try it.

I don't know how old you are but if you're not in elementary, it'll work.
First, you must tell the guy how you feel. Get to know him a little bit, then ask him out!
