1st, to the guy who answered this question - immigrant does not equal "illegal."
2nd, all people in the U.S. accept native americans are descendants from immigrants to these shores.
3rd, just because a group has been targeted by society, scapegoated, and dehumanized by the media doesn't mean that they don't have any valid points about society.
remember, the irish were considered the scum of the earth when they immigrated here in the 1800's. they were marginalized and racialized, not considered white, blamed for many of society's ill. but in the face of more eastern and southern european (and asian) immigration, they were "promoted" to the priviledged status of white. so, everything needs to be examined in context. todays black is tomorrow's white.

First off, you are an immigrant or a descendant of immigrants yourself unless you are an indian. If you are indian, many of the illegal immigrants are full-blooded indians themselves.
There weren't caucasians in America. So if you are white then you are the result of inmigration. A very violent inmigration.
Second, their groups were attacked and displaced by the Europeans coming here. Europeans put borders on their land and brought racism, slavery, etc.
I think the media plain brainwash everybody here.
As for the illegal thing, yes, i think the US policy on inmigration is unfair to many and does not stand for "unification of family".

yes it does. To me illegal is illegal. So if someone is here in the usa illegally, they have no right to call anything unfair. They should realize it is the american people who should say what things are unfair. If you are an illegal, you can get free health care, learn your language for free, pay zero taxes, and get a credit card/bank account with no problems. For the rest of the us citizens, we have to go through the whole process. So for all the illegals out there.. shut up or go home!!!
