Ray Allen is the best shooter to grace the league. Ray has been known for his 3's. He has the closest thing to a perfect jump shot. He can shoot over anyone and has never changed his shot since he has been in the league. His release is lightning fast and he has the best lift from three of any shooter. What i mean is he jumps very high while still shooting with the grace of an angel. Ray is the best catch and shoot player in the league and he can create his own shot because of his excellence handles. He is also one of the most clutch shooters. he also holds the record for most threes in a NBA season and is going to have the record of most threes in a NBA career because he is ahead of Reggie Miller when Reggie was his age. This is why Ray Allen is the best 3 point shooter in the NBA. Charles Barkley has said "Rays shot is so nice i could watch him shoot all day"

Well, i would say Steve Nash.
Because shooting 3's is also about taking good shoots, and about thinking about every shot.
And Steve Nash does that. Beside he has the best % after Jason Kapono.
And Nash takes a lot more shots than Kapono.

Personally- I like Steve Nash. He takes a considerable amount of 3s, and whenever his team needs a big shot, they give the rock to Nash. You have to give it to Nash. It's not about who has the best 3PT percentage, its 'whose the best', and that is- Steve Nash.
