I want to upload video chapters form a DVD to my pC library. What software would I need? I dont what to play the DVD and capture via firewire or USB.

if you have ripper software then ur in business. if not get it!
(go to download.com and search for it there and download it)
once u got it , try it out and rip a movie

Try TubeHunter which can rip DVD clips into other Video/Audio format. It also downloads videos from hundreds of video sharing webs.

DVDshrink used in conjunction with DVDdecrypter will rip and burn, while allowing you to remove any content you don't want (including subtitles and sound streams). Use Ripit4me for any copy protect issues.
