What do your ghosties look like? What do your spirits, or shadow people, or orbs look like? Does the room ever get freezing or drop in tempature sometimes, and you really wish you had an extra blanket or two? Do you ever feel frightened, or just a teensy bit frightened...at intervals?
Tell me about your "bumps" in the night!.....

My five year old has always been afraid of her room. She would cry herself to sleep every night. When she turned four, I sat down with her and asked why she always crys. I thought at four she could express her self better. Well her response shocked me. She said she sees shadows on the walls. I thought because there is light that comes in it was playing tricks on her. But we leave her lights on until she goes to sleep.

She claimed that these shadows has green and red eyes. I asked her if they scare her. She said that they use to. The shadow with green eyes has talk to her.I guess it comforted her. I thought it was freaky.

But my husband smokes outside and one night I was outside with him. And we thought we saw something in her room. When we checked it out we saw a Shadow go into her closet. She use to make us close her closet door when she was younger. Now I understand why.

Now at five she's ok with it. It was hard to find info on Shadow people. It kinda new to the super natural world. Or at least talked about.

Most of my "bumps" are when I have to get up in the night. LOL! However, my back bedroom is a very crowded place. It is not a frightening thing, just rather annoying when I want to sleep. As I get older more and more souls crowd in. I know twice as many dead people now than I know those who are alive. I've been lucky, I suppose, I've never been given grief by the shadow folk. So when I want to actually sleep, I sleep in the front bedroom. The dark has never frightened me, it has always seemed most comforting.

It's what the living do that frightens the vinegar out of me.

I woke up with strange bruises one night at an outdoor camp. It was all over my body as if someone had pinched me.

I was sent back home for medical attention and was told not to alarm the other campmates. While waiting for my ferry back to mainland, the Camp Instructor asked me if had peed in the wild without making my presense known. I guess I did.

Weeks later, my best friend who had shared the tent with me came to visit. After I told him the truth, he froze and mentioned that he remembered my last night sleeping beside him at the camp. He was awaken because I kept bumping into him. The way I moved looked as if somebody was shoving me, but there wasn't anyone else in the tent. He simply thought I was not feeling well as hence did not suspect anything amiss when I had to leave camp suddenly the next day.

He also said something about the campsite. It was a rubber plantation but there were ropes tied around the trees and most of the trees were marked red.

I have had quite a few but I will tell just one or two.
First when I was young (and this is what made me believe), I heard a cat fight going on outside and went to check it out. There was not a single cat around and we had about 20 neighborhood cats at this time. I went to stand and search at a silver maple tree and from this tree came a lion's roar in my ear. I looked for the lion and found nothing. As I said not even one little kitten.

Then one night a few years back I had an evil spirit living in my house. I went to bed and was not even drifting off to sleep and a terrible fear came over me. I knew that if I could turn around I would see something that would haunt me to this day. Needless to say we blessed our house and it went away, but I have never been back to where we brought it from after dark again.

Oh yes! Most of the spirits I see are in shadow - I've also seen animal spirits, but they're usually just dark in colour, no details. Yes, I often feel alarmed or anxious and feel like someone or something is watching me and I know a ghost is nearby.

I felt a hand on my shoulder one night but I just layed still I didn't want to open my eyes. I felt it speaking to me telling me not to be afraid that is meant me no harm. Soon after, I was fast asleep and woke up very refreshed.
