Yes there are.
First of all, there was a time when Johnny Storm aka The Human Torch's powers were switched with his sister's. Galactus took him as a herald.

Two come to mind. One was The Gemini Man, a TV superhero back in 1976 on NBC. His name was Sam Casey, and he was an agent of INTERSECT. He got exposed to radiation which made him invisible. They put together a device which he could wear like a wristwatch to mazke him visble again, but his powers had one big drawback. The wristwatch neutralized the radiation; while he was invisible, the radiation was killing him. So the idea was that eventually, they didn’t know just how long he would live, his powers would kill him. So he didn’t stay invisible all the time and wait to grab the bad guy’s power pack or whatever. He would only use his power in the most extreme circumstances. It was a good concept, but the public didn’t care for it at the time.
Another male hero that has invisibility powers is J’onn J’onzz, the Martian Manhunter. That was one of his original powers, before they made him like a clone of Superman. He started out able to change his appearance, read minds, walk through walls and turn invisible. Later on the added the ‘martian’ strength, vision, breath, etc. He rarely uses it, these days. It would be cool if he saved the day sometime because everybody had forgotten he could turn invisible.
I am not going to include supernatural heroes who turn invisible through magic, like Spectre, etc.
Finally, super fast heroes like Flash have been known to stand there and vibrate (actually, pace back and forth so rapidly) that nobody notices them standing there., so that is a kind of invisibility. Superman has also done that on rare occasions.
Oh, and lest I forget, DC’s Invisible Kid of the Legion of Super Heroes. He invented his power. He wanted to become invisible, and so he developed a serum that would enable him to turn invisible and return to visibility. It also had an ‘aura’ effect, so that his clothes turned invisible, so he didn’t have to strip. He had complete control over his power, and could make just his limbs invisible (you’d think he was physically disabled) or make layers of his body disappear (seeming to be an anatomy diagram or a walking skeleton.)
He was killed by a villain, but the Legion kept a sample of his serum on hand. Later when a young man’s sister (whom he had brought to the Legion for protection) was endangered through their carelessness, he took it and became the new Invisible Kid.
Those are all I can think of right now. Good question! Invisibility is such a useful power, you have to wonder why the comic companies don’t draw invisible characters more often—you know what I mean.

The old school Invisible Man from literature is actually in the comic The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. Also there's Claude Raines on the Show Heroes. Other than that I don't know of any invisible male superheroes

Yes! "The Invisible Boy" in that movie, "Mystery Men," starring Ben Stiller and William H. Macy. It was about a team of superheroes, nearly all of whom had some notable of flaw. For example, The Invisible Boy could make himself invisible at will, but only when nobody was looking. See the links below.
"The Shadow" could also make himself invisible (because, remember, "years ago, in the Orient, he learned the secret hypnotic power to cloud men's minds). Concerning The Shadow, see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Shadow . (That Wikipedia writeup says he made himself "nearly invisible" -- but since he was there & nobody could see him, I would say that's invisible enough for me.)
