Well, unles your still young I dont think you can get any taller. It's whatever is in your genes. As far as body mass goes. Get to the gym do a little body building workouts. But i wouldnt worry too much about it. I too have high metabolism. I couldnt gain a pound until I was 23 and now im 26 and wish i would stop gaining.

Taller - not possible..unless your like 14...the best way to put on body mass is weight train, High weight with Low Reps.
eat lots of protein and build muscles.

I don't know about taller but you could work out more, you know lift weights and stuff to increase your body mass.

Nothing you can do about height. . . that's genetics. To bulk up eat protein and carbs. Carbs b/c they provide the body with its main energy source. Protein b/c it's the tissue building nutrient of the body.. . . then do weight training along w/ the diet.

Join a gym to gain more muscle mass and try drinking weight gain supplements. Prolab N Large 2 works really good or you can go to www.suplimednutrients.com. They have weight gain supplements that work really well. I've used both before.
