Hi. Right click on the desktop and select "0" rotation.

Right click on desktop, choose properties.
then pick the settings tab. Choose advanced. It's in there under one of the tabs.

what type of graphics card do you have?
If you have nVidia you need to click on the litte icon on the system tray and then choose you monitor then turn it off from in there

CTRL+ALT+Uparrow or left or right etc
