stop drinking sodas and replace them with water or 'light' drinks. You'll drop around 10lbs over a few weeks just from that.

Exercise of course, and staying away from fried foods, foods with a lot of sodium and/or sugar. It involves a lifestyle change, cause we all know diets don't work unless you stay on 'em forever!

Exercises (if you run, run or walk for about 20 minutes! it helps your metabolism running) and sleep well, even when you sleep you still burn calories! and eat healthy! eating healthy helps you lose weight, also drink green tea! green tea has so many good things( helps lose weight, clears up skin, boosts metabolism,etc) good luck!

all you need to do is exercise more often. like about 2 - 3 hours everyday.

EXERCISE!!!!! Lots of water. Eat lots of fiber, it cleans you out and keeps you full for along time.
