She is a hero to the the people of The Falkland Islands, protecting their right to self-determination against the military dictatorship of Argentina. She won four election with huge majorities in this country. That wouldn't have happened unless she had a majority of support from the working class, which happened despite the virulent propaganda of the left wing media. She saved this country from being forced into a stagnant soviet style economy by a gang of union bullies. She did not destroy the mining industry, that was accomplished by a combination of greedy unions, incompetent managers and outdated working practises.
The main thing to criticise her for is that she is responsible for the present media hype and alarmist propaganda over global warming. Because of the oil crisis and miners strike at the end of '70's, she wanted to push nuclear power and scapegoating fossil fuels and CO2 was a good propaganda tactic.

just keep reminding yourself of poll tax,the miners strikes and wapping the sun newspaper strikes,im suprised she hasnt been arrested for war crimes,to name just a few.
