Some keyword brainstorming to contribute, hopefully of some inspriation:

Holden beholden, cold fold truth told
Caulfield caustic football fields and jaundiced jealousy
Caution left to blow in the wind
Phineas Phillips Exeter's Icarus
Fallen into the cauldron
Truth begotten

Hope you put something together!

Are there any limits to the style of the poem? Rhyming? Free-verse? Length?

But all he was, was real lazy
Everyone was dumb
He was the only one
Who couldn't see his goals were hazy
