Do you have a web cam? If you do then you could go to The Start menu and click on help and search for web cam troubleshooting. If you don't find what you're looking for then refer to your web cam instruction manual. And if that doesn't help then you should probably call the manufacturers technical support. The number is usually somewhere in the instruction manual.
