I drafted Liriano from the twins in like the 21-24 because i wasnt sure if he is out still for the whole year because of the arm surgery.
Is he back from the injury or is he on injured reserve?

He's out for the entire season and wont start to rehab till late september at best. If your in a keeper league stash him on the dl if not just drop him and find the next best pitcher.
