I used to work in a mall a while back and the most popular store for children 5 or younger was definitely the "Disney Store". They're more than just stuffed animals and toys now, they have their own line of clothes and shoes--for both girls and boys. If you're looking for clothes for older girls, "Limited Too" is good place and believe it or not but Target is coming out with awesome spring fashions for girls too. As for boys, Target is also a good choice and I usually go to Marshalls or Nordstrom (or Nordstrom's Rack) depending on what I'm looking for.
I hope that's helpful.

bypass to constrained Too, Abercrombie (no longer Abercrombie and Fitch), Macy's, Kohl's, hollow for babies, Aeropostale, previous army. this is all i will think of of suitable now. Hollister and American Eagle may be a sprint too huge for a 10 365 days previous. maybe in a 365 days or 2 she would be able to placed on clothing from there.

Old Navy and Target have great kids clothes. TJ Maxx and Marshalls are also good places to find name brand clothes at cheaper prices. They always have alot of Limited Too, Ecko, brands like that.

The best shopping place for kids clothes is Calesta Kid Store located in Paris,France I've been there before because my friends and I are sooo popular because we are in "The Plastics" that a dorky girl gave us her plane tickets to Paris! So whatever!

good will =p haha just kidding. well, it depends on ur level of fatness though. if ur like skinny, then ANYWHERE from Abercrombie kids to Hollister. but if ur like a major fat-assss, then the maternity section of target will do just fine =]
