oh onoooo! my computer has some kind of virus and i dont know how to fixi IM ONLY 13!!! it started yesterday when i was down loading screen savers and yahoo games! but i went to the controlpannel and took them off exept for one of them but i dont think that is the probelom.EVERYTHING WILL BE LOST (SIMS2 ,SIMS2 NIGHT LIFE, PETS,UNIVERSITY)(NARUTO SONGS!!!*(CRYING*) AND OTHER IMPORTING STUFF!!! I RAN A FREE SCAN AND THEY SAID THEY WONT BE ABLE TO REMOVE IT all of these thigs are poping up and thers nothing i can do about it!!! what do i do?, who do i contact?, and how do i take it off. if i cant how do i save my files to a disk and what kind?

Try these anti-spyware cleanup tools: You should have an anti-spyware solution on your computer. I recommend that you go to http://www.download.com and get AD-AWARE and SpyBot Search & Destory. Install, run, update and scan your computer with both programs.
These are cleanup tools. Ad-aware cleans files, and SpyBot cleans the registry

You went to a naughty site. Relax. Clean and protect your computer. Go to CNET.com and in the bottom left locate the dowloads. Download both AVG and Antiviras AntiVir. While there download Adaware, SpyBot, and CCleaner. All are free.
Run the first two programs (AVG &AntiVir). This will take quite a while, however, they can be programmed to auto update and run full scans while your computer is not used. The remaining three need to be run manually. Run them anytime you attempt to download music or any videos. They are free and will protect you from future problems. Good Luck

Try downloading a free virus scanner called AVG.

Also on their site they have a free spyware remover.
i suggest getting that aswell.
Tip for the future:. Dont download screensavers unless you KNOW its a good site.
a LOT of viruses come in the form of a screen saver.

First of all, don't download programs from unknown or un trusted websites.
Try downloading AVG, and Spybot.
