Go into Start/Accessories/Entertainment/Voice recorder.

You have a microphone?

Well plug er' into your soundcard> If you have a PC then it'll be on the back of the system, mostlikely with a microphone imprint next to the input. If you have a lappy, then most likely the microphone input is on the side, again, with an imprint of a microphone.

Now, press record and run your mouth. Once your done yappin your trap, press stop. At the left hand top of the program you will see "File". Go to "save as" and save it somewhere you will know where to find it later like your desktop.

1. get a microphone
2. hook it up to the computer
3. start>programs>accessories>
entertainment>sound recorder
4. press the record button (red circle)
5. start talking into the mike
6. press stop wen ur done.
7. save the file
8. close sound recorder

PS. for some strange reason sound recorder stops recording every 60 seconds. if u wanna record for longer u have to keep pressing the record button.
