I have a page at www.myspace.com/pregnantmoms
and what I do is let it be used as a open forum for pregnant and expecting women to ask and answer questions. I also just let them talk and give them informative information on questions they have. I am looking to get it out there more so we can have more mothers join. I am just not sure how to promote it though. Anyone have any idea's?

Well, this is a very helpful method. Another thing you can do is sign up for perhaps another similar site and promote there as well. Just term it as, "If your answer is not found here, you may be able to find it here." Or "You can never have too many sources..." Something like that.
Another way would be to make a myspace site about it...make some friends, and promote the actual site there. I know myspace is kinda dumb, but they have groups and stuff too...you can just look for pregnancy groups.

Use one of the things that lists ya on different sites and search engines. I know godaddy.com does that and Yahoo! used to have a way to advertise your groups/forums.
