you will know when the baby has dropped - your stomach will greatly shift downward and it will be easier to breathe again - no more baby laying on your diaphram!

Your belly will look a lot lower than it once did. I had to be induced and my cervix was only dialated 1/2 cm. They will give you cervidel to soften your cervix before petocine starts. As long as the medecine does its job, then you will probably have a vaginal birth. However, being induced does make the contractions much more painful because what your body is doing in 12 hours, most women do in a couple days. I would recommend an epidural. It was a life saver!

You will know when your baby drops, you will feel more pressure down below when you walk, sit, stand, all the time, and you will also notice a difference in the way you are carrying. You will be able to tell by looking at your stomach that the baby is lower, it may even ease up on breathing if you have had shortness of breath with your pregnancy. The baby dropping may releive this.

You will know! You will be able to breathe and eat a big meal, but you will have to pee often (a few tablespoons at a time!). You will feel pressure on the pelvic floor. I never knew what the pelvic floor was, so I'll tell you. It feels a little like when you have to poop. I was convinced that baby's head was hanging between my knees (it wasn't). I also started to really waddle because of all the pressure. In order to avoid a Cesarean birth, relax. Take good care of yourself. If you feel like walking, go for it. If you prefer to sit, fine. Lord knows you won't be able to sit for very long for the next several years. Good luck.

I am not a docter however, you may be able to tell when your baby drops by the feeling of fullness in your lower areas. Also when your baby feels really low and its hard to close your legs. Don't worry many times changes in the cervix don't happen until the last minute.

maximum in all likelihood, you will in all likelihood recognize while your toddler drops. you will unexpectedly experience like somebody is pushing down stressful on your bladder. you may experience a burning sensation interior your vagina. you will possibly no longer get heart burn as usually and you're able to respire a sprint greater basic. you will ought to pee each 5 minutes and not have the ability to pee something aside from some drops. some toddlers drop early and a few do no longer drop till the onset of hard artwork. each and each pregnant woman is diverse and studies numerous issues in the time of being pregnant. the main universal answer I have been given to this question once I asked became, "you will in simple terms recognize". that's a stupid answer and that i hate listening to it, although that is genuine.

How come you're being induced so early? It may be that your body's just not ready yet.

If you notice a marked increase in having to go pee-- well that's a good sign. My doc said that baby's head was 'way down there" and sheesh, its like 1-2 times an hour now that i have to use the restroom!!

The father down your baby is in the pelvis the more you use the bathroom, you will also feel like you need to have a bowel movement all of the time. You will be able to breathe so much better!

The baby has dropped when your stomach looks like it has dropped. You will know when it happens because you will feel a lot of pressure in your pelvic area and will be walking wide-legged in a wobbling fashion.

The baby can drop a week before labour, or a day before,... it doesnt really tell you when the baby is coming....
