I'm interested in buying a cheap MP4 player, but can anyone explain the difference between a MP3 and MP4?

Yeah, I have a Shuffle right now but I've seen some great reviews on a MP4 so I wanted to know the difference.

There is little difference in Mp3 and Mp4.Mp4 has co lour display. So it can play Videos. And you can load Images. And store data. We have a different format of videos called AMV. We have to convert our images to this format. This software is given with the Mp4 player. Hope you have fun.

I've never heard of an MP4 player. I think they only have MP3s. If you want one... I would get an iPod if I were you. I have one and they are so much more fun and so much nicer than other kinds.
