he's no less of a man because he cried. Men have emotions too - it's ok to cry sometimes. Tears is the language of the heart - don't men have hearts too.

My boyfriend has this latin machismo thing going on big time. But he cried like a baby the day his little sister died. I did what i could to console him and was happy he was comfortable enough around me to let his gaurd down and show this natural human emotion. I hate the fact the society teaches our boys thats its not okay to feel and they grow to become men who think it is "girly" to cry or to show any kind of emotion other than anger openly. It was beautiful that loved his sister so much and used his grief in the right way instead of punching a wall or someone else. I respect him for it and would never use it against him. I think that is what most men are afraid when it comes to crying. That other people will see it as weakness. Its not. Unless of course he's crying about how beautiful the sunset is everyday. Then its just annoying but it would be for women too. I'll shut up now.

Yes I have done both made a man cry and seen a man cry. It's not a matter of being manly it's totally to do with being human!

From my personal experience I have made my man cry and in times like that where we were having a deep emotional conversation I don't look at him differently. However I have also been in the Army and seeing men cry during basic training cause they couldn't do a situp or pushup made me want to punch them. So I it's okay if you have a reason. Just like a female, anything else doesn't make any sense.

I've seen many men cry. I don't think it makes them "less" of a man, but a better man. After all, God gave men tear ducts as well. A man that shows his emotions is a much better man in all reality. Very attractive in many ways!!!
Tears are a cleansing of the heart!!! Shows they are human just like their partner.

Its always good to know your man or spouse can cry to you. Is a form of feelings and not something to thick is not manly. Unless its about something he didn't get. LOL

Not at all. My man cried when his dog ran away. Crying is such a normal reaction to pain. Men should try it more often and then they wouldnt have all these suppressed emotions and act like jerks haha

Yes darling, i have made my guy cry, and keep him sleepless night. To the extent that his friends keep on calling me whether i want to kill somebody. So the answer is that, i have made a man cry and seen him cry.
