ok everything is working all good and when i click on a house and it loads the walls are like blinking red and black can anyone help me please

Not a glitch its a graphics (video) card problem - make sure you have the latest drivers for your card if that does not work only option is a new video card
Video: DirectX 9.0 compatible
Video card must have 32 MB or more memory and one of these T&L capable chipsets:
ATI Radeon 8500 or greater;
NVIDIA GeForce2 GTS or greater;

You probably need to download a patch for it to fix it, you should find one on the website.
