excuse me, but congress wants to have them all home by august 2008 and bush says he would veto such a resolution. so stop talking out cha'azz

Bush has already said that withdrawing the troops will be up to the next president. He was perfectly serious. When he invaded it was for control of the oil and for permanent bases. Bush had no plans to leave Iraq, never developed an exit strategy and never planned to.

because their is still work to be done. people don't understand that before Bush, Iraq was the supreme hotbed in the Middle East, so of course it wont take rice and pickles to calm the resistance. it may take months or even years. just because we cant see immediate results doesn't mean we should give up. that is the mindset of a loser.

He wants to leave this mess he's caused "to the next President."

We haven't won yet. Duh. If the politicians and media would stay out of it and let our military do what they are capable of doing, we would have been done a long time ago.
