King o fthe world as in, you have total influence over whatever happens in the world but you aren't the richest person in the world

I prefer to be the richest man in the world. Money is the actual power.
At the moment, we can say The President of the United States is the most powerful man in the world. He commands the most powerful military, have access to the most powerful weaponaries, and his actions are observed worldwide.
But then during campaigns, he needs donations from industrialists. Naturally, these industrialists, richest people, would not give donations for free. They practically control the Government now, though only specific to their interests.
So, I prefer to be the richest man in the planet.

The richest person in the world, so I can give away to charity. But, if I was king of the world, I would have too much responsibility.

The richest person because I don't like to make the decisions for a lot of people. I feel Its all up to me and I would rather have some one else control us.
