have 4 #1 seeds ever made it to the final 4 in NCAA basketall? - it could happen this year; has it ever before?

No. The closest it's come is when Kentucky, Michigan and North Carolina made it was #1 seeds in 1993. Kansas was the fourth team with a #2 seed. They knocked off the #1 seed from their region, Indiana, in the elite eight 83-77.

I also think chances are one of the #1 will get knocked out of the Elite Eight. The games have been ridiculously close even since the Sweet 16, so it's anyone's game.

It's never happened. I'll put my money on an upset or 2 this weekend. I don't think all 4 # 1's will advance

No its never happened and it wont happen this year because Kansas, Ohio State, and UNC r gonna be knocked out.
