I bought an eyelash curler about a month ago and I've been using it everyday. Ever since then, though, my eyelashes have become very thin. They used to be thick, but they're not anymore. Should I just stop using the eyelash curler?

If you have good mascara, you don't need an eyelash curler. Try using the kind that is a dual mascara. I think Maybelline makes it (I cant remember the one I have.) Anyways, first you use one side of the tube and it is a light-white colored solution that thickens and conditions your lashes. Then, you use the other side of the tube and it is the black mascara. I think it works the best. I am sure you know what I am talking about... it is just hard to explain.

yes, stop using the curler. Just get a good mascara and take the brush part of the applicator and lean it on the ridge of the bottle. put a little force on it to make the brush tilt at an angle. It will still fit in the bottle but when you use it on your lashes it will help curl them that way. A good one is loreal extensions. People always compliment me and I don't have naturally long and thick lashes. It will take time for your lashes to grow back but they will eventually. just be delicate with them. Use a good eyemakeup remover so you don't rub into your lashes until they grow back.

apply a little vasiline to your eyelashes before you go to bed then wash them off when you wake up and apply mascara. it will strengthen your lashes within a few days.

you also might want to lay off of the eyelash curler for a while if you think that is what caused the problem.

There are some mascara products that are recommended for making your lashes look longer and thicker, from companies like L’Oreal or Clinique. It’s suggested that you use a lash primer, then mascara. Your eye lashes may not be as long and thick as you want, but they’ll definitely be enhanced if you use the right products.

Yeah. Some more spendy mascara can do the same thing without damaging your eyelashes.

yes if you are noticing that your lashes are geting thinner w/ the curler then maybe you should cut down. everyday for a month is a lot maybe on special occassions or every few days. try mascara thats my favorite ever!! it elongates, plumpens, thickens, and, acsentuates lashes to there full potentail.

stop using it immediately.
There is a product called Talika, which really helps your grow fuller eyelashes. You can look for it in the net.

Probably. There are some new mascaras that are waterproof, that curl, lengthen, and volumize. I think you can get away w/using two that curl and the other that volumizes.
