Yeah! And it was the same dream team last year... and that didn't exactly go down great...

Best laid plans of mice and men....
The last time the Americans won we had Pete Sampras playing everyday. Now, granted, we have two top 10 players on the singles side (Roddick and Blake) with potentially the best doubles this generation (the Bryans) but it takes more than stats to win. If Blake can get his "A" game going and Roddick stays focused (remember the US Open last year: "I'm having too much fun out here"; ends up getting creamed in set 4) we should have a really good chance at bringing the cup home.

i hope we win, i think we will atleast, but we need players like blake, to step it up a bit. He seems to lose the wons he is suppossed to win and win the ones he is suppossed to lose, but i think when the time comes blake along with the rest of the Davis Cup team will be ready for it.

You can't just assume that the U.S. will win.
The European teams such as Russia, Czech Republic, and other countries usually win the Davis Cup.

I think were going to win too, but I'm worried about James Blake. Look at the way he's been playing lately. If he continues to play like that, he's going to cause us not to win.
But Roddick's going to be there. When we played Czech Republic ealier this year and James lost his tie, Roddick won his tie. If it wasn't for Roddick, we would of lost.

Sicuramente sarà molto difiicile poichè il rendimento di roddick e blake è molto altalenante e se roddick le prende sul cemento da nadal come a indian wells la vedo brutta già dal prossimo turno

Good luck with that thought. James Blake seems to be losing on the first rounds lately to anyone. I mean isn't he suppose to be #6 or #7 in the world? And for Roddick, well, he's easy to beat. Run him and tire him a bit and his biggest weapon - his serve - goes away....after that, he doesn't have much game to hurt anyone.

Spain will probably win it, if they are still in the running. Very solid.
