Mistakes are the most effective way to learn.

I have learned that I alone am responsible for every event and every thing that happened to me in this life. I was the designer of the stage, the backdrops, the players and the plot! I starred in my own stage production.
As my beliefs changed, my world and life would also change to mold to the new beliefs. The more intense I was about things, the more emotional, then the faster my expectations would appear.
Nothing happened by accident. Everything and every event was thought of first. My thoughts and my fears would bring me disaster or challenge.
I am convinced now that if God does exist, then the existance is definitely INSIDE my spirit! Controlling the physical things that I do NOT consciously control,... through subconscious cooperation of the cells in my physical body.
It is quite an adventure to be aware of this whole activity and play with it in earnest!
I am now 70 and wish I knew this when I was 20.
Life would have been so much more fullfilling and not as haphazard. The loves I denied would have been properly treated. The gross mistakes I made would not have caused pain to others.
It is quite an awakening!

I don't know if it is a lesson in life but more an experience of life.
I've come to learn that I have to 'take one day at a time and cherish the time I have lived'. I always find something positive to do, such as showing kindness to others whether they merit it or not. I think of the people who were born and how many have had their lives cut short every day. I am grateful that I reached adulthood and become a mother.

I've learned that you should be who YOU are not who someone else is. Because everyone copies someone. They see something they like and then they go out and by it. Start your own trend. Like, take me for example, I am 14 years old and I am a girl, everday to school I wear high heels, because that is who I am. People make fun of me and say mean stuff but then I know that I am different I like to look nice for school. That's my Life Lesson.

That God has a plan. And sometimes his plan is to make you suffer until the day you die for a reason THAT IS ONLY GOD'S BUSINESS. That sometimes he will give you AIDS because it's part of your ten year plan that GOD HAS GIVEN YOU. Or maybe he'll give you an extra finger or eyeball BECAUSE HE THE ALMIGHTY. Yeah man, that's the greatest life lesson I ever learned man.

good question! so far it is to try your best. So far in my life I feel that I have never pushed myself at anything. I always start something but never carry through with it. So i guess it is to believe in yourself, and dont pay attention to the people who say you cant. I am 21
