Tell your Friend that you don't feel good and you can go out sometime else and if she doesn't believe you then she is not a good Friend

It is best to tell the truth. If you are sick you are sick. You wouldn't be much fun anyway and maybe you have something contagious and she might get it from you so it would be best if you didn't expose her to whatever it is making you sick.
Tell her what I just said to you. Why would she think it is a lame excuse? Being sick is one of the best reasons I can think of not to got out with someone.

C'mon just tell her the truth. If you can't flake out on your friends who can you flake out on? Besides if she's your friend who cares if she thinks your excuse lame? btw, being sick isn't a excuse it's a reason.

If this person is really your friend he/she will understand and only want you to get better. If you come up with some other story, it could come back to bite you in the a** if you are caught. Be honest, it is really the best option.

I' d go with something contagious, like a rash or better yet, just tell her you have diarrhea. No body wants to be around someone with that! Especially not in public.

Wait till tonight. You might start feeling better. If not, invite her over for a DVD.
