DirecTV offers a sports package that includes all the regional sports networks, such as YES and the FSN stations. However, the baseball games get blacked out if you don't have Extra Innings.

I had Direct TV and didn't have any games blacked out, but that was a few years ago. I live in an area where the cable company has a monopoly and is cheap. Enough of their subscribers got together and petitioned the cable company to carry YES. To all of our surprise they did. Try getting enough subscribers to your local cable company to ask for YES. The worst they could do is say no.
