I would say many young ladies would think you look quite handsome. I enjoyed your funny comments in your bio for yahoo answers. You sound like a nice young man. i would say with looks and personality don't change a thing.

pretty darn good.... I like your hair and your skin is swarthy and you seem fit....
drink lots of water at room temperature. try water with mint, basil, fennel seeds and lemon. eat at least 7 servings of fruits and veggies. you seem like you work out. Lay off the spiky hair and style it with some cream instead. not too much. it looks more natural. I like your button down shirt and suit... for casual, take away the blazer. You can also try wearing polos, ralph lauren and lacoste is hot. of course don't spend too much time on your appearance, its a turnoff
Use a facial cleanser formulated for skin, like Spectro Jel... It's cheap and is much better than hand soap. If you wana go one extra step , go to your local Macys/ Nordys/ Saks and get some kiehls moisturizer made for men.
A quick look boost is just applying some honey on your face...
