You should just go to google.com and search Grandfather Clause added to Georgia Constitution in 1908 and Atlanta Riot of 1906, and some of the sites that come up should have at least 2 facts for each.

www.wiki.com Just make up two facts and add them to wiki and then cite it. That way the assignment is less of a fetching one and more of a creativity one.
