Play catch - lots and lots of it. Short to long, and refine your mechanics so that you don't injure your arm.

One mistake that lots of pitchers make is that they don't do a follow through of their motion and they don't try to get as much momentum as possible. You want to be aggressive, you want to have a good pitching tempo. One of the reason shorter pitchers like Roy Oswalt and Pedro Martinez have good fastballs is because they have such good tempo and get so much momentum that they actually get several more MPH then they would normally.

However, don't be too aggressive because you can get balks called on you and can hurt yourself. Try talking to a pitching coach to figure out what works best for you.
