The baby has taken up all the space inside your belly, so your stomach is squooshed and can't hold as much. The pains you are experiencing on the bottom of your belly could be a combination of 2 things: indigestion...because your intestines are working slower due to the weight of the baby on them, and your stomach muscles being sore from being strectched! I would suggest you try to eat smaller portions, but as frequently as you can handle. This is normal this late in the pregnancy. Our second trimesters are when we eat like horses and gain most of our weight anyway! You and the baby should be just fine! Also, take a tums with your meals. Good luck! :)

Ask your well being practitioner for some thing for the headache and ailment. they're going to greater effective than probable inform you a pair of secure OTC drug you may take for the headache and then they are able to prescribe some thing for the nausea. i replaced into given a drugs they provide chemo sufferers to end me from getting ill. the final factor nevertheless is calling forward to getting previous that first trimester. often the issues and nausea end after that.
