i have noticed underneath my tongue on the left side its nice and purple and has red spot, do i need to get it checked out?

Mine was really swollen for a few days and I didn't know what was normal but i just kept doing what they told when I got it done and I didn't have any problems...
I was told to swish with mouthwash whenever I ate anything, and at least every hour or so for the first few days.
I was also told not to eat anything hard and no chewing gum for the first few days too. Brush you teeth as often as you think of it.
The less you mess with it the better off you will be. I know when it is new you want to play with it. And do the little tricks and stuff. But you are better to wait at least a week or two before you try that.
I would say if you still feel that something it just not right you can always go back to the place that did it for you and ask them to check it out for you. If they think something is wrong you can see a dr then.
I would say you are most likely fine! :)

yeah i would get it checked but use a sea salt rinse. sea salt heals everything...amazing.
