According to lansinoh ( a popular breast feeding company) at room temp (66-72F) 10 hours, In the fridge (32-39F) 8 days, Inside a freezer compartment in fridge (temp varies) 2 weeks, Freezer with separate door (temp varies) 3-4 months and in a deep freeze (0F) 6 months or longer.

You will find different time frames in different places but I trust this company.

At room temp I would not let it sit out longer than 3 hours. I am a NICU nurse and we often have to feed babies with a continuos drip where we let the milk run over 3 hours. As for the fridge 24 hours.

I was told when I was breastfeeding not to leave breastmilk out longer than four hours. I believe in the fridge it can last for a 5 to 7 days. And if you freeze it (deep freeze) 6 to 12 months.

breast milk can last up to four hours after being pumped at room temp, and last up to a month in the fridge. As long as the baby hasn't got any saliva in it then it only lasts about in hour.

Human milk can be stored

at room temperature (66-72°F, 19-22°C) for up to 10 hours
in a refrigerator (32-39°F, 0-4°C) for up to 8 days
in a freezer compartment inside a refrigerator (variable temperature due to the door opening frequently) for up to 2 weeks
in a freezer compartment with a separate door (variable temperature due to the door opening frequently) for up to 3 to 4 months.
in a separate deep freeze (0°F, -19°C) for up to 6 months or longer.

Room temperature is actually 4hrs. 48hrs in the refrigerator if not previously frozen. 24hrs if it has been frozen and then defrosted and 6 month in the freezer. Breastmilk is awesome! LOL
