Re questions 2 and 4, George Lucas was orginally going to have 9 films if the first movie was a smash hit. In 1999, he changed his mind due to a lack of time. Since there won't be a seventh star wars film, there won't be a game based on it.
Movies are getting more and more disgusting these days because American morals are on the decline and the demand for such things is rising.
