we bought a laptop and it came free with a 3 month virus,when bt came to set up our broadband the man said that bt have given us a years nortan virus free and when we want to put it on we could,only problem is i cant remember what he told me to do to set it up

get norton off its not that good avg or avast anti-virus are free and better ad-aware is a good spyware

The best answer is to dump "Nortons" and install AVG Free home Virus protect instead which comes with Free Updates and has never let me down, and the best thing is it's all FREE.

i have got norton on my computer it came on a disc just put the disc in and follow the instructions i have had no problem with norton.hurry up and install it before you do get a virus.

Call Bt Broadband on land line they do help alot for me they actullay hakced into my computer (in a good way) and fixed it then but................ be ready......... as their help lines are in india so much sure that you can understand them ok?
