Did you just see the doctor recently? I just had an appointment at 13 weeks and she did a regular PAP on me and said I might have light red bleeding the next day or so or brown if it were later..I hope this helps, I hope everything is well.

I am 22 weeks and a nurse in the beginning of my pregnancy I had some brown spotting. When it is brown that means that it is old blood, any trauma to the cervix which blood vessels are extremely dilated can cause spotting. It can be nothing, but checking with your doctor is the best and hopefully the doctor will get you an ultrasound or at least have you come in and listen to the heart beat with a doppler.

I in basic terms asked an identical question the day gone by Im 14 weeks to. I had the coolest same discharge I noted as my midwife she stated its very basic and does not advise something is misguided. it is my 4 toddler I unquestionably have had a brown discharge on and rancid with all 4 of them. If it turns purple or you have cramping bypass directly to the er or call your well being practitioner.good success!

Brown is good, it just means old blood ( it turns brown in the process of being shed). I had that too, it just lasted about a day. No worries unless it turns bright red.

Brown is good. It is old blood. Bright red is when you have to worry. Good luck!
